Margaret O'Rourke
Margaret is Partner with Pearl360 Partners. She has twenty nine years of retained executive search experience recruiting senior leaders across all functional disciplines for life sciences companies. Prior to forming Pearl360 in 2014, Margaret was Managing Director with Levin & Company, a premier boutique life sciences retained executive recruiting firm. As Managing Director with Levin, Margaret founded the firm’s Mid-Atlantic office in 2007 after serving with the firm for six years on the West Coast. Margaret is dedicated to serving client companies using her strategic and knowledgeable recruitment expertise. Her thorough and time-sensitive approach has been a proven, valuable asset to client searches. Emphasis is placed on introducing only the most exceptional candidates to the client, thereby ensuring a more productive search process-and a more timely and successful outcome. Strong follow-through and a rigorous attention to detail are key to Margaret's style. Prior to Levin & Company, Margaret worked for a multinational executive search firm for three years, and she previously worked in marketing and advertising in the consumer sector in New York City. Margaret obtained her B.A from Boston College and resides in Southern California, where she is active in the competitive swimming community with her husband and four children.

Chris O’Grady
Chris is Senior Associate with Pearl360 Partners. He brings a fresh recruiting and research style to the firm, utilizing his personable and insightful approach to develop talented candidates for our client companies. Chris holds a B.S. in Human Biology from the University of Southern California. He served as a researcher in the lab of USC Associate Professor Liana Asatryan, Ph.D. working in the area of gut-brain axis research: testing and researching mouse brain, liver, and intestinal biomarkers from various treatments affecting the gut microbiome. Chris also worked as a researcher in the lab of Associate Professor Hovik Gukasyan, Ph.D., working in the area of lipid-based drug delivery research, creating a simulation-based model to improve drug delivery and absorption through GastroPlus. During his time at USC, Chris was an All American student-athlete in swimming and competed in the 2024 U.S. Olympic Trials in swimming across multiple events. He currently holds the USC school record in the SCY 200 breaststroke, swimming the fastest time in the school’s history. He also holds USC’s third fastest time in history in the SCY 100 breaststroke and is a U.S. Masters Swimming National Age Group record holder in the SCM 100 breaststroke. Chris continues to compete and is also head coach for the Glendale High School swim team in Southern California.
